1. Install new site using wetkit-7.x-1.4
  2. Login as admin
  3. Navigate to Appearance
  4. uncheck "use the administration then when editing or creating content".
  5. Click Example Pages on the main menu.
  6. Edit the (Basic Page) Drupal Platform page.
  7. See the attached image – notice the doubled up menus (mega menu (e/f) and the site menu (e/f)) being displayed.

This was a regression cause by i18n security release also incorporating a change to menu items: https://drupal.org/node/2250501

We also noticed this problem yesterday during QA.

We'll try the patch from comment#9 - https://drupal.org/node/2250501#comment-8787841 and report back here.

I just applied the above patch on a couple test site and the double menu has gone away.
