I'd like to create a way for the companies who qualify for listing in the marketplace to post and apply for jobs, though I don't know the best way to make this happen. It seems like the easiest way to make this happen would be to allow each company to create a job postings feed from their site- any other ideas?

Quite frankly: while feeds are easy to maintain on the provider's side, they are a PITA on the receiver's side.

I am also not sure how well this requests ties in with Kieran's plans in general.

I'm curious how this differs from #993060: Add a Job postings category to aggregator and Drupal planet and #953668: Create new aggregator category "Drupal Jobs Announcements"? Can we focus the conversation in one thread?

Both of those are closed in favor of #954674: Improve job content type and view, which I didn't see when I searched within the webmasters queue, bc it's in the g.d.o queue at the moment. Should I move that back here (and close this one)?

My own thoughts on this: (a) closed tickets can be reopened (and one of those was closed [by me] as a duplicate, not as irrelevant or undesired), and (b) conversation on threads with many participants will bump up on their dashboards, thus potentially getting more community involvement in the discussion.
