WSOD attempting to access customized group notification settings

Prerequisite:
Logged in to Drupal.org.

Steps:
1. On http://groups.drupal.org/user/148308/edit I set the default notification option to Daily.
2. Click save button.
3. In the Messaging and Notifications settings fieldgroup, I clicked on the link reading "customized".
4. Arrive at http://groups.drupal.org/user/148308/notifications/group

Expected results: Presented with page containing options for setting.
Actual results: PHP white screen of death, i.e. no HTML on page.

Environment: Firefox 3.6.3, Mac OS X 10.6.3, JavaScript enabled
