Please add Italiano language to localize.drupal.org (I did check at http://bit.ly/9xdtL that there is no existing issue for this language)

Italiano does not seem to be different to Italian, is it? If it is the same, this is a duplicate of #556132: Add Italian language. Reopen if not.
