went to api.drupal.org and received the following message
The name konforti is already registered. Please contact the site administrator.
Considering my username is anarchman and d.o was recently updated, figured I should file a bug report just in case this is some sort of user problem.

avpadernoDid you change your username, recently?
coderintherye commentedNo,
However, I was presented with a popup on groups.drupal.org saying my username was already taken. I asked for it to perform a manual fix (I think that was the terminology). That was on, hmm, perhaps Sunday?
If that could be the source of the problem then let me know.
So, no haven't changed user name, and so even if the g.d.o thing is the problem, shouldn't we still figure out a way not to be handing out other people's usernames in error messages?

coderintherye commentedJust to add that popup on g.d.o occured sometime after a few weeks ago when I changed my password after all accounts on Drupal were reset following the security breach.
