Requests get sent to the front page

Sometimes, when not logged in, when I click a link or type in a URL to a Drupal.org page, I immediately get sent to the front page instead of getting the requested page. Usually it helps typing in the same URL again, but that doesn't work when clicking a bit.ly URL or any other URL shortening service. I'm not sure exactly when it started, but it's been at least a week or so.
