The recent posts page is unreadable without the context for each entry

I find the Recent Posts page confusing; personally I would like to see what project (e.g.) each entry is for. Otherwise I see a long list of issues and forum posts with no context. So for example, if I could see the issue's project name I can decide whether to read it or ignore it. I think there's a serious UI issue with the page (http://drupal.org/tracker). Hope that makes sense.
