When accessing drupal.org from my home network I get the message
Sorry 69.118.21.214 has been banned.
WHY? PLEASE RELEASE!
Note that I CAN ACCESS drupal.org from another network. BUT that does not solve the problem for my development team who is trying to learn drupal and use it for a new website that should get high exposure.
