Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hello, I would like to see if I can apply to become a verified user via this route. I've recently tried to post a Drupal 9 deprecation report to a lesser-known but highly critical module (cosign) for our institution but was rejected by the spam filter. I've already begun working on porting the code over to D9 but would like to document it officially. I also have a few custom modules on my GitHub profile that I would like to bring over to Drupal.org. My account has been active for a year and a half now but I've been a lurker for much longer (~5 years).
