Customization of registration form

Need to set up attributes and custom design with custom theme. So, some one can help to either create custom registration form with fully customized HTML or way to do that thing using all drupal features. right now it's render directly as per drupal execution flow.

Also, can not manage fields css and styles from Admin side using "Manage Fields" part.

Feel free to ask any query.
