Request for 'confirmed' user role

Dear Team,

I am new to drupal but i am using them for my company e-commerce website.. I am trying all my best to setup one but i keep going in to issue after issue which i am trying to sort out by reading previous issues but lately i got in to an Checkflow error in drupal commerce model i raised the issue but unfortunately it's not getting posted rather it's been treated as spammer.. As i am on a little need of the drupal community to help i need the issue to be posted so i can keep going in setting up a successful commerce website.. Kindly accept my approval.
