Site seems to be unusable for me. I have tried to post multiple times from different accounts, but I only receive these unusable messages. The message didn't even include a reason what was wrong with the form. Why is the site not allowing new contributors?

The reason is explained in the green zone and in the link given there. In short, the anti-spam system prevents new users from posting too frequently. They need to wait X seconds; the more they try to post, the more the delay is increased.

Since I confirmed your account, you aren't going to have further delays in posting.
