Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hi, I am a Project Manager for Acro Media, and I have recently set up an account with Drupal.org for the purpose of reporting issues for my team to tackle.

Currently, my issues are being flagged as spam, from what I can see I need to have my user role confirmed; if there is anything you can do to expedite this process that would be greatly appreciated.
