Request for 'confirmed' user role

Please review:

I have been working for the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (https://www.drupal.org/pacific-northwest-national-laboratory) for 3+ years and have been a Drupal.org user for over 2 years. The person previously responsible for updating the previously linked Drupal.org page has since left PNNL. I can't seem to figure out how to make changes to the page. I don't currently need to, but want to ensure I have the ability to do so when I need to.

I'm assuming this is because I'm not a "confirmed" user (since I still have to wait when submitting updates to issues) but am not sure if this is the case. I was able to get in contact with the previous maintainer, but he said he couldn't find a way to manage permissions or change ownership for the page.

Can you point me to how I can update this?
