I at some point, a number of years ago, created a new user account duncan.moo (dmoore@nookdigital.com) as I could not access my old account duncanmoo which was on duncan@smallbones.com (which I can verify as I still use this address) or duncan.moore@acceleration.biz (do not have access to this), can you possibly merge the acccounts for me? I would prefer to have the username duncanmoo.

I think that one of the email addresses on the old account is duncan@smallbones.com as I am unable to add that to my duncan.moo account as an additional email address.

We don't merge accounts.
If you want to delete an old account to which you don't have access anymore because you don't remember the password, and you don't have access to the email used to create the account, you can send an email to help@drupal.org providing all the information necessary to verify you are the same person who created that account.
