Request for 'confirmed' role

Hi,

I'm trying to post in this issue https://www.drupal.org/node/2148633 but it returns me the spam message and won't let me post.

I'm not a spammer, I’m just trying to learn Drupal and help when I think it could be helpful.

I can't get the "confirmed" user role automatically because I can't even post.

Please, let me know what additional information could help to get the "confirmed" user role to this account.

Many thanks.
