Request for 'confirmed' role

A few days ago I tried to make a post in a Groups page and I was blocked by Mollum and was noticed an issue has been created. Well it's been days, I thought my submission would have been reviewed by now and I would have been marked as non-spammer. That Groups post contained a few URLs so I understood it was "caught".

Now I tried to make a simple edit on a Book page; I only tried adding ; note that Québec official language is French. I'm astounded. What on earth could hint that that's possibly a spam? Talk about false positives!

I understand Drupal have a limited budget to be run on but I though Acquia made plenty of money, doesn't it give part of its profit to the Drupal association?
