I am trying to reset the password on my account and I have not received the email. I've tried requesting the reset password email for several months without success.
Please advice on how I can get access to my account again.

Yes, the reset password email is now received - thanks!

However, the account is in a state where after following the one-time login link, the password update
at user//edit?pass-reset-token= sends back an error message:

"There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 44 seconds and try again."

So am stuck in a state where I cannot reset the password even though I can use the reset link.

Ok - now the password reset works and the password update works. I'm not sure what changed. thanks!
