Shannon is a PM from Blue Spark Labs who's been helping with Drupal 8 initiatives, communication, stuff like that. Any of the D8 initiative folks can vouch for her being awesome and trustworthy. :) I'd like to give her the "site maintainer" role so she gets access to Full HTML, and can help maintain the D8 status update page being talked about at #1300972: Implement initiative content type.
