Take a look at the Planet Drupal guidelines: http://drupal.org/about/drupal-planet

You'll need at least 4 articles and you'll need to tag them with the "Planet Drupal" tag. Not just Drupal. Let's us know that you've thought long and hard about that post being relevant to the Planet Drupal's readers interests.
