User http://drupal.org/user/1496798 states in one comment that they were banned previously on Drupal forums under a different user name. Rather than trying to respond to the new comments by this user, this issue is filed to request that an administrator please note the nature of the new posts, remove them and delete the account. Thanks.

AlexisWilke commentedWhat do we, Spam developers, have to do with that?
silverwing commentedIf they were banned, then created a new account and are no longer posting spam or inappropriate content, then we allow them to keep their new account.
couturier commentedThey are posting inappropriate content, still. Review the posts.
I'm sorry. I'm new enough to creating issues that I may not have posted this to the correct queue. Will someone please help reassign if necessary?
silverwing commented@couturier - re: comment#2 above: I moved the post for you (no worries!) and gave you our general policy about users creating new accounts. (I didn't have time to review them at the time.)
I'm re-titling this to get others opinions. I don't recall the user's first account, but another site maintainer might. So far it's been a lot of complaints, but for me hasn't gotten to the nasty name-calling that we'd block for.
couturier commentedFrom the Site Maintainer's Guide, under Suggested Courses of Action:
4. If you know someone to be a troublemaker who has been warned before, block their account.
See this user's comments under this thread: http://drupal.org/node/1299736
Which brought forth someone else's reply:
"Insulting other users' websites is classless and pathetic."
Aminka Ozmun commentedCorrection: I did not "insult" the other person's site. How do you insult an object??
I simply said that it's a terrible-looking site for the purposes of criticizing WordPress and promoting Drupal.
Y'all really need to stop being so thin-skinned. It's gotten you nowhere since 2008, when I was here last, and at 2% marketshare, I'd suggest you look deep within the community to see why non-technical newbies can be so turned off by the dominant m.o. at d.o.!
zirvap commentedLooking at Aminka's posts, I see he/she asked some questions in August and got advice. Now, it seems he/she has decided not to use Drupal (fair enough, of course), and have returned here only to tell newcomers that Drupal is so terribly difficult that Aminka couldn't manage to learn it, and therefore it must be too difficult for everybody else except well educated software developers.
In other words, he/she isn't here to get support on using Drupal, or to give support, or to give constructive criticism which will help in improving Drupal, or anything else that's useful for the Drupal community. At best, the results of the posts are useless, at worst, they spread FUD. Frankly, my best guess is that Aminka's only purpose in posting here now is to try to get banned again.
I'm definitively not a site maintainer and don't play one on TV :-) but I did waste some time trying to help him/her last time around.

Aminka Ozmun commentedToo bad you like playing Lady Justice on the web, Zirvap.
That's a red herring, a distraction, your charge. I was told the same thing last time, that I was here to "only" complain, so I contributed to the PageEar Module documentation -- and yet still didn't earn the right to speak freely about what everyone agrees is Drupal's Achilles Heel: the lack of how-to documentation for non-technical newbies.
Drupal is hard for non-technical people. I'm here to say that. Sure, "YMMV" applies, as in all else in life -- but I'm here to give my opinion on Drupal. I happened by again due to a link from WP Tavern, and noticed some newbie-type questions about using Drupal and so naturally shared my experience.
That's been what I've said time and time again here -- along with the observation that you people are very thin-skinned and, frankly, downright disingenuous: pretending to welcome criticism but trying to block someone for "useless" criticism (well, yeah, if you disagree then almost by definition it's "useless," isn't it).
Ironic that you folks so enjoy an echo chamber and yet wonder how y'all can reach out to the other 98% of the market!
Here's a clue: I am that other 98% of the market. Only difference is, I actually provide feedback.

WorldFallz commentedthis is old, very old.
Please stop wasting everyone's time again 'aminka' (aka fitness trainer).
No one cares what you think, what you use to build your websites, or whether or not you like drupal.
You can either behave with respect in the forums (see http://drupal.org/dcoc since you seem so unfamiliar with the concept) or get blocked again.
It's that simple.
Aminka Ozmun commentedRight, "no one cares" and yet there's a call to block me again.
Do you folks truly not think about the implications of your own comments and actions??
I'm glad to have potentially saved someone from being aggravated by Drupal (http://drupal.org/node/1298506). Even if just one newbie is saved, that's a good thing.
S/he cares.
Anyway, I've never disrespected anybody. (Unlike your pal Michelle Cox, who abused her power as a forum moderator by suddenly closing a thread after telling me off first without a chance for me to respond.) Now why can't you people list exactly what it is I've said that constitutes disrespect -- other than having the opinion that you guys are deluded in thinking that 1) Drupal is for everybody and 2) you welcome dissent here.
I don't mind being blocked, exactly; like I've said in one of the threads in the forums, I'm on my way once the newbie-type questions I've responded to are resolved. I'm simply speaking my piece. But if you really "don't care," don't read; don't respond!
"It's that simple."

schnelle02 commentedYou are like a fortune teller.
"i have to say though-- i seriously doubt this is the end of it. i'm fully expecting to him back with another userid-- though it's not likely he will be able to conceal his identity for very long, lol."
Tell me, will the cardinals win the world series this year?
WorldFallz commentedwell... it did take longer than I thought it would, lol. So if I guess about the world series-- it may not be this years ;-)
michelleFor the record, closing a thread that is being trolled is not an abuse of power. If I wanted to abuse my power, I'd ban you because I find you irritating.
