Am I supposed to be able to edit any issue?

Hi,

I seem to be able to edit *any* issue node, even ones I did not create. Is this desired behaviour? It feels wrong, but no one else has reported it. I only just noticed I can do this and I tried with a few colleagues and they can too! Feels like a mistake, but if this is desired behaviour then ignore...
