You mean Uzbek? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzbek_language? (UZ is not name of a language I could find).

In that case, you did not actually look at the list you linked, which contains #947054: Add Uzbek to l.d.o in the queue. Please follow up there.

Good afternoon nurmuhammad, PVasili and I have created an Uzbek group of translators at drupaler.ru. We also added the first Uzbek translation of the Drupal core. You can update the site using the livetranslation module. I ask you not to scold if you encounter mistakes, but to correct them if possible. Hello atontimes. I've seen your translations. But recently we also started translating Drupal with the guys on the site drupal.uz
But I could not install l10n_server there. I think we still have a lot of translation work to do.
