nancydruI'm not sure I understand your question. In the group add page there is a selection for a parent group (just like a taxonomy) which creates the nesting hierarchy.

nancydruOnce you add a group, it should show up in that list. Do you have some other module that would be interfering with proper taxonomy operation?

msoltan commentedi have taxonomy hs module. but i dont know if this module cause problems with web links or not.

nancydruThere is a comparison page linked on the project page, but you will find none as flexible as this one.
There was a reported problem with Tax HS under Panels and cTools, but the other maintainer insulted us so we marked it "won't fix." I have tried WL with Tax HS by itself and had no problems.

nancydruPlease try using the standard taxonomy term add page (admin/content/taxonomy/xxx/add/term) and see if that gets the group name added to the list.

msoltan commentedIf i add new group is automatically added to the list terms without any problems, The problem is precisely when i want add nested group because the list of All Parents terms is empty, look at my Attachment below.

nancydruThe way HS Taxonomy works is that you must select a parent and then click the ADD button. Then it will show up in the list.
