Please help me figure out why the title for recent/popular/etc blocks is not in a font consistent w/ the main theme. I'm using the garland theme. See the attached file. (No, the real site's colors aren't that hideous. That's an artifact of saving as .gif in MS Paint.) Compare the font for the title of the Popular Links block (lefthand side of page) to that for the About Cafe Contrast block just above it. The difference may just be that the latter are bold.

Ahh, since I don't use Garland anymore, I hadn't seen this. Garland is one of the few themes that has this problem. This is actually a core problem; see #555844: Block titles not set with class="title". While I can't recommend core hacks, this one is pretty simple and the patch is identical for 6.x.
