Now weblinks stands as a seperate content type and if user needs to add a weblink to a story he has to create it as a weblink first and the add [link:title] to the story he was creating.

Is it possible to make weblink form incorporated into 'Story' content type like CCK fields?Is there any method to do this now?

What it sounds like you want is http://drupal.org/project/link . At this moment we aren't planing on turning the links into cck fields.
