after creating a new weblink, I get this error. (It just started happening. Didn't make any database changes that I know about.) Using 4.6 on unix server.

strange. weblinks has absolutely nothing to do with the users table. Are you sutre it is not another module or issue that caused this. If so, please change the "project" to the one causing this error.
