Weblinks display even when anonymous users are not permitted access

Weblinks content is accessible, even though Anonymous users are not permitted access. I have "access content" unchecked for anonymous users. In the permissions list, there is a box for "create weblinks" but there is not a box for "access weblinks". I think this would be useful.
