URL line limited to 64 characters

I've found that the Weblink module limits my URLs to 64 characters. If I go into the MySQL editor at my hosting provider (GoDaddy) I see that the "varchar" field type is set to a length of 155, which seems like plenty. I can edit the URL in the MySQL db at my hosting provider. The URL then works. However, if I visit the Weblinks module Edit page it, again, truncates my URL to 64 chars in length. If others are not having this problem it may be some sort of bad reaction between the Weblinks mod and Godaddy. Thanks for an otherwise v. useful module.
