Remove package=webform from info file

This module is totally depending on webform, and in the info file, the package parameter is assigned to "webform". However, webform does not have a package assigned in it's info file, thus webform block should not have one either.

So, plain and simple: Remove the package parameter from the info file.

I'll even submit a patch to it! (what a waste of bandwidth)
