Copied values not changed in submission when modified

When a visitor checks let's say: "Copy address from above" because the address to be filled out is almost identical, then these values will be passed through on submission, eventhough the customer changed something on the copied address (the house number for instance).

Even when he unchecks the "Copy address from above" field, the original values will be submitted nonetheless.
