Webform Document Field Builder AI analyzes PDF, DOCX, and TXT documents and proposes suitable fields for a selected Drupal Webform. Administrators review every proposal before fields are created.
Features
- Analyzes documents from any domain.
- Detects document-supported fields while avoiding existing fields and duplicates.
- Proposes field labels, machine names, types, descriptions, required status, and reusable options.
- Supports Text field, Text area, Email, Telephone, Number, Date, Select, and Radio buttons.
- Requires administrator approval before field creation.
- Supports sensitive-field exclusions and privacy-conscious audit history.
- Deletes temporary uploads after processing.
Post-Installation
- Configure Drupal private file storage.
- Configure a chat-capable Drupal AI provider.
- Grant the module's permissions to trusted administrators.
- Open Configuration → Web services → Webform Document Field Builder AI.
- Use Analyze and create fields to upload documents.
- Review and approve proposals under Review field proposals.
