I installed both Webform and this module. I enabled Webform on an existing content type, and decided I did not want the default Webform content type, but in order to delete it cleanly I needed to remove the master node. Since I hadn't set up any default fields yet, I decided to just completely uninstall this module (which would remove the master nodes) and then delete the default Webform content type.

What happened instead was several thousand unpublished, untitled nodes getting created for the other content type I had Webform enabled on.

I no longer had Webform enabled on the default Webform content type, which might be why it didn't get the same treatment.

I'm not sure that can reproduce this. Can you provide step-by-step flow to repeat same behavior and include it in the tests. Thanks.
