Hi,
I need to add a GMAP to a number of different webforms that I have created. Is there a way I can integrate the webform into my content-type or vice-versa a location field into my Webform.

You can put a location or GMap into the display of a webform node by using any number of location modules, like Geo, Location, or OpenLayers. However if you want users to enter a location or use a map when they are filling out a Webform, I have not yet seen a module that provides this capability. A module would need to be written (or an existing module extended) to add a Map or Location component.

Thanks for your quick response. Sorry I should of elaborated a bit more I already have the location module installed and have a content type for my gmap locations. Then I have a added a different webform for each of these locations. At present I am not to bothered about users entering a location as its not in the brief. But I need to able display the correct webform and gmap location in the same node. Is this even possible? Or should I be looking at using something like CCK for the forms?

I think you can location-enable any content type, meaning you could turn on location module for the webform content type. Or, a better solution would be to do the opposite, webform-enable your location content type. You can do this by enabling the webform functionality for the type that contains the location field at admin/settings/webform. Then a "Webform" tab will show up on those nodes and you can add the form normally.
