Hi I did the patch for blocks which appeared to go OK and when go to update.php get the error above.
Also the blocks page error:
user warning: Unknown column 'w.block' in 'where clause' query: SELECT n.title, n.nid FROM webform w LEFT JOIN node n ON w.nid = n.nid WHERE w.block = 1 AND n.type IN (0,0) in C:\Domains\alistairgeorge.com\wwwroot\thehome\sites\all\modules\webform\webform.module on line 1382.
Replacing the patched module with webform-6.x-3.x-dev.tar.gz restores.

The patch for adding blocks has already been committed to CVS, just use the latest version from CVS and don't apply any patches. I'm planning on making a 3.3 release tonight, so an alternative is just to wait until tomorrow and this feature will be included in the official release.

I have the same problem with a fresh install of Drupal 6.19 and Webform 3.4.
