There is only one option to export records from a webform and that is all of the records. When having in excess of 2500+ records in a particular webform, the following error message may appear:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/www/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 42

It would be extremely useful to be able to export a specific range of records instead of the entire set.
