Even if I check "Allow users to save a draft" in the form settings I can't seem to see any way for users to actually save a draft. I've tried switching themes but still nothing obvious - have I missed a permissions setting somewhere perhaps?

After checking allow users to save draft, there is a "Save draft" button on *all pages after the first one*. There is no save draft button if your form is only one page.
