CCK field not displayed for anonymos or non-admin user

1. Add cck textfield to webform content type
2. Create a webform and fill the textfield with some text
3. Allow all users submit webforms

Problem: The webform doesn't display the text from the field if the user in not admin.
If admin the text is displayed.

Could anyone help to solve the problem?
