here is my problem i have a webform that are submitted one of a group of users according to the submitter request.
what i need to do is to make those group of users each one of them able to access the webform results that are submitted to him only without accessing the whole results
pls help

your question is not very clear, could you expound on it a bit please?

currently Webform has only two approaches available.

  1. a user can access ALL submissions (with the access webform results permission).
  2. a user can access only his own submissions (with the access own webform submissions permissions).

once again, I'm not sure if this is what you were asking, but it is how the access to submissions currently works.

i Have a webform in which the user can select from a drop down list one of the consultants to send the issue to him all i need that each consultant can see the results that is submitted to him instead of checking his mail every time

Not possible with Webforms.
Currently (as I assume you are doing already) email notifications are the only way for the type of functionality you have described, to work.

Yep, users either have access to all the submissions within a Webform node or just the ones they *submitted*. There's no access control at the submission level.
