I need to have a CSV-file attached with email to admin (not in the user submission copy) which contains only the actual users submission. Our stuff later manually imports this CSV-file into our CRM-software. Alternatively a CSV-file download within only the actual users submission would be another way. We need one CSV-file for every submission separately. Are there any suggestions?

This feature probably won't be added. It sounds extremely edge-case. However #381068: Start and End Dates Needed for Submissions Export is likely to get implemented, perhaps that would be suitable for your use-case.
