I am experiencing an odd problem with grids. When I examine the answers under results->analysis, the grid is always filled with zeroes, no matter what the user answered.
I cannot believe this is a bug because it's too evident. I suppose instead that my installation has something wrong.
Could someone give me some hint or suggest tests I can do to identify the problems?

Well, it seems that this issue is related with TinyMCE.
Once this editor was disabled and the HTML tags removed, everything started to work fine.
