Hello, Webform is able to send an Email with a submission but could it make the opposite, filling a Webform from the data on an Email, CSV or PDF?

The reason is that I receive some of the Forms filled by Email or Post (I scan them to get the info sorted) and I have many submissions outside Drupal that I would like to add into it in a Bulk way and not manually. Thanks!

Anyone know how to get this done?

I can modestly help sponsor this if it's possible to get it up and running (bugs free) within a couple of days.

This won't be implemented directly in Webform. I'd suggest hiring a developer to write it as a custom or new contributed module.
