jpeterson commentedI needed this as well and decided to use CCK user reference fields to let webform editors control who could see the results and who could edit them on a per form basis.
This does not replace node or webform access controls, just creates another permit path. The code changes access control but at this point has only been lightly tested, use at your own risk.
Once the patch is applied, it requires one time setup:
1) Make sure you have CCK Content and CCK User Reference modules active (both part of the base CCK package)
2) Go here /admin/content/node-type/webform/fields and add CCK User Reference fields
"field_webform_access_results" and "field_webform_edit_submissions".
(You can just use one or the other, I am using both)
Label the fields however you would like, but the field names much match exactly.
3) Configure the just created CCK User Reference fields to accept an unlimited number of values, setup the rest of the CCK field options however you desire. I am using a custom view to to make selecting users easier, this is not required.
4) (optional) Exclude the newly minted CCK User reference fields from display
Now, when editing a webform there are options to select users who can access results and/or edit submissions. That user does not need to have "access webform results" or "edit webform submissions" in order to perform those actions on the form in which they are listed.

Kobax commentedcould you please upload the patched module(s) for those of us without access to a unix command line environment?

quicksketchThis functionality will not be added directly to the Webform module. I'd suggest making it a contribute module that adds on to Webform's existing functionality. If needing just the author of the node to have access to the results, this functionality has been added to the 3.x version as part of #246371: Adding new permissions for accessing own webform results and deleting webform submissions.

ikeigenwijs commentedIs this being done?
I also need to set permission per webform to certain users and not per rol.
kind regards,
