quicksketchI'd have to disagree, considering a survey always has a limited amount of questions and a potentially unlimited number of submissions, scrolling down is better than scrolling horizontally. Additionally, Webform uses a very similar format to other data collection programs, including SalesForce and SurveyMonkey.com. Considering these precedents and that Webform has used the vertical format for over 5 years, I don't think this will be implemented.
