Updating Webform 3.x to 7.x-3.24 was failing on update 7322 because the table field already existed. Applying modifications from issue #2455937: Upgrade from 7.x-3.x fails on update 7419 - let the update process proceed.

I know this is only a security fix branch and that is fine with me, just wanted to inform everyone else how to fix this issue before moving to 4.x.

7.x-3.x only receives security updates. If this issue exists in 7.x-4.x, please re-open and move the issue to that version.
