Most of our forms in Webform are set to send a notification e-mail to three people when someone submits a completed survey.

Does Webform not send a notification e-mail when someone edits and saves a previous entry?

I notice that when an administrator edits a Webform submission, there is a link that says "Resend Emails." Is there some way to enable that for regular registered users? Thanks.
