I have an issue regarding the download of excel files containing webform submissions. Every second download(second, fourth, sixth etc.), it downloads a 3.2 KB file. I did some debugging but no errors are logged.Also, the batch is identical in both cases. I tried changing the temp folder but the issue remains.The site is running on pantheon.

First, use the latest stable. This may well be fixed.

Second, only you can debug this, since only you are having this problem (assuming you still have it with the latest stable). If you discover that there is a bug with webform, please do reopen the issue with all the details needed to reproduce and fix the problem.

Note that the excel files that webform creates are just zip archives with xml files inside. You can change the extension to .zip and look inside to see what is being created.
