Each time i create forms in Drupal using webform i want to edit the already present/created forms since all the form have some commonly used fields... is it possible in Webform...

I dont think so this feature is already available, can anyone develop this or help me in developing myself?

Webform is perfectly compatible with node clone module. It simply adds a clone tab to nodes of certain types. This works just fine with a complete webform so you don't have to make a new form every time.
