Description text needs a space before the token help link

In #1801782: Use the new token dialog to enhance UX we converted the token display to using dialogs opened via a link. However this resulted in the "Show available tokens." link getting jammed up against the description text without a separating space. This patch adds missing spaces to format the description text properly.
