static use of "http" in notification e-mails

When running an https-only site, links in notification e-mails are broken due to the static use of "http" when the url is generated.

In webform.inc, line 202:

$message .= "http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$baseurl.url('node/'.$node->nid,"sid=".$sid);

Could be something more like:

$proto = $_SERVER['HTTPS'] ? 'https://' : 'http://';
$message .= $proto . $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] . $baseurl . url('node/' . $node->nid,"sid=" . $sid);
